I have many years of experience working with clients and assisting them in the process of creating an ideally habitable living situation. I am honest but not an alarmist. I’m not going to spook your buyer when the door stops are missing.
My passion is helping people! During the inspection, to the best of my ability, I will simulate living in the home and find the issues that would be of concern to most homeowners. This is my career, I’m in it for the long haul so it makes sense for me to treat people right, maintain my integrity, and deliver results to the buyer that will help them.

This will all take place prior to moving in, ideally in the empty home prior to any moving activities to prepare the home in the best way possible for the new family’s transition. This will allow the family to start off relaxed and ready to move in and start their new home owning journey.
This is essentially a gift card. You provide the client info as if you were booking an inspection and the day they get the keys can be the “inspection date” Inspection times are limited so choosing 8am would be best. You can put in the notes the preferred times.
