As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector, I have opted into an association that allows me to receive on-going continued education courses so I am constantly updating my skill sets and preparing myself fully to inspect new and different homes on a daily basis. This is a career field that I value, I love working with people and helping them make informed decisions especially about one of the largest purchases of one’s life.

My goal is for you to buy a safe and healthy home. If the seller isn’t willing to fix the issues at hand I would like you to walk away with a list of repairs that you can prioritize to repair on your own as the new owner’s of the property. I will help you prioritize but of course it comes down to your time and budget.

There is no perfect home so my job is to help make you aware of what you can do to turn it from a house to a home. The home buyer guide checklist will give you an idea of what I’ll be looking for during the inspection and what you should expect in your report.
